Reviewed 2026-10-22. Current city profile confirms the rail-to-trail parkway and five parks. MDOT identifies the narrow concrete core and explicitly says the larger loop incorporates city streets. The broad 3.75-mile city inventory is not an entirely separated circuit. Follow current signs restricting particular park branches. State historic-property inventory locates the park at East Street/East Broad, distinct from the similarly named family-services office; current gazebo work, if posted, must be avoided. This is a source review, not a same-day inspection. Recheck the linked manager before travel.
Map and Directions
Use the named public start and its posted parking signs. The map reference identifies the facility or selected trail area; it is not a surveyed parking stall or navigable route line. Bicycle and e-bike rules can differ; only ordinary bicycle use is established unless noted.
