Reviewed 2026-10-22. NPS expressly permits bicycles on its designated paved valley paths, with a 15 mph limit. The public bicycle-map layer was freshly retrieved and distinguishes existing asphalt bicycle paths from native and wood branches; its digitized geometry has unknown positional accuracy and is not a navigation survey. Current conditions list weekday El Capitan Bridge work through December, outside this selected village/lodge return. Check present park entry, fire, ice and local barriers before travel. This is a source review, not a same-day inspection. Recheck the linked manager before travel.
Map and Directions
Use the named public start and its posted parking signs. The map reference identifies the facility or selected trail area; it is not a surveyed parking stall or navigable route line. Bicycle and e-bike rules can differ; only ordinary bicycle use is established unless noted.
