Planning: Park profile 8 a.m.–8 p.m.; state trail 8 a.m.–sunset. Use the shorter daylight window and obey gates. City park lists $0 admission; retained state trail information lists no trail fee. Yield to walkers, announce passes and keep pets leashed. Bring water, sun protection and insect repellent. This ordinary bicycle guide does not transfer rules from another jurisdiction.
Access reviewed October 20, 2026 Central (October 21 UTC): Current city page confirms the park and bicycle amenity. Its dock paragraph still refers to July 2020, so it is not a current dock-status report. Prior state evidence does not identify a closure of this selected rail-trail course; the separately named Withlacoochee Bay flooding notice applies to another trail. Recheck local signs, weather and event restrictions.
Bring water and choose suitable weather. Parking walking is extra. No surveyed parking-space pin or navigable GPX is supplied.
