Reviewed 2026-10-22. City identifies free public trail parking and west-bank Greenway access at Legacy Plaza. Its bridge project page has a newer notice closing the west-bank trail near Cache La Poudre/Mesa for up to four weeks from October 12, 2026; older text below says it is open and is superseded. This northern outing avoids that southern work and does not clear the full Legacy Loop. This is a source review, not a same-day inspection. Recheck the linked manager before travel.

Map and Directions

Use the named public start and its posted parking signs. The map reference identifies the facility or selected trail area; it is not a surveyed parking stall or navigable route line. Bicycle and e-bike rules can differ; only ordinary bicycle use is established unless noted.
