Reviewed 2026-10-22. Current park profile retains a general area-work notice. The linked project status says soil/grading work has been completed and forecasts the next parking/utilities phase for spring 2027, while older overview text says summer 2026. Those schedules do not certify every area open. The paved perimeter remains the described bicycle course; shorten or postpone if its access is blocked. This is a source review, not a same-day inspection. Recheck the linked manager before travel.

Use the named public start and its posted parking signs. The map reference identifies the facility or selected trail area; it is not a surveyed parking stall or navigable route line. Bicycle and e-bike rules can differ; only ordinary bicycle use is established unless noted.
