The route publisher distinguishes this easier western section from rougher eastern paths suited to hikers and experienced mountain bikers. Do not cross Gregg Mill Road to continue east or assume a completed easy connection to Goffstown. The committee’s map gives 1.5 miles between Lang Station and the fairgrounds; that is not this return distance.

Yield to walkers, slow for blind bends and stop at every street, driveway and parking crossing. Wet boardwalks, loose gravel, flooding, debris and ice can change suitability. Turn back rather than bypass a closure or enter motor traffic.
