Reviewed 2026-10-22. Fresh city profile describes the completed nine-mile paver promenade for cyclists and pedestrians. City pilot-program guidance says motorized devices including e-bikes are prohibited; ordinary pedal cycling is the scope here. South Pointe owner page confirms the public address and paid parking. Older pilot text ends at 79 Street, while the newer whole-path page describes nine miles; this short southern return does not depend on that northern boundary. This is a source review, not a same-day inspection. Recheck the linked manager before travel.
Map and Directions
Use the named public start and its posted parking signs. The map reference identifies the facility or selected trail area; it is not a surveyed parking stall or navigable route line. Bicycle and e-bike rules can differ; only ordinary bicycle use is established unless noted.
