Fresh facility still identifies bicycle trail; no all clear inferred. North Leon Valero/Rim/Marquis closures are separate from this South Levi course. Stop before Old Highway 90 road crossing or any earlier work; do not infer grade separation from a map line. This is a dated source review, not a field inspection or current-day all-clear. Postpone for snow, ice, high water, soft tread or barriers rather than improvising a bypass.
