Reviewed 2026-10-22. Fresh foundation description confirms the main former-rail route descends into Troy City Park from Moscow. Retained county evidence describes paved main trail; city/foundation regional 28-mile descriptions include other trails and are not this course. Foundation closure/detour posts lack a clearly established applicability date in retained extraction; check current operator notices and turn before barriers rather than assume reopening. This is a source review, not a same-day inspection. Recheck the linked manager before travel.
Map and Directions
Use the named public start and its posted parking signs. The map reference identifies the facility or selected trail area; it is not a surveyed parking stall or navigable route line. Bicycle and e-bike rules can differ; only ordinary bicycle use is established unless noted.
