Reviewed 2026-10-22. Trail association explicitly identifies Saint Joseph public parking and amenities and routes current closure checks to Stearns County. County page body did not render fully; no countywide all-clear or resurfacing-completion claim is made. Selected short Saint Joseph return is separate from earlier Albany culvert work.
