Reviewed 2026-10-22. DNR retains an undeveloped gap with closed railroad bridges between the county line and Roscoe. Its Sibley connection includes three miles of road shoulder. Neither is part of this short Spicer return. This is a source review, not a same-day inspection. Recheck the linked manager before travel.
