Reviewed 2026-10-22. DNR explicitly lists the wind-turbine public trailhead. Winter maintenance differs by section: plowing west of Jamaca does not certify snow-free pavement, while farther east is not maintained. This is a dry-pavement outing. This is a source review, not a same-day inspection. Recheck the linked manager before travel.
