Fred Meijer White Pine — Belmont paved return

Michigan · Rail-trail

From Rogue River Park join the signed White Pine main trail north toward Rockford for up to two miles and retrace. Walk road crossings and stop before barriers. Natural park footpaths, distant city streets and road detours are excluded.

Access note. Paris bridge/culvert work closes a northern section. This short Belmont return stays far south of that work; no road bypass.

Reviewed 2026-10-22. Fresh indexed DNR text describes the 92-mile trail as paved and retains a fall 2026 closure near Paris between the Mecosta County Parks office and 207th Avenue. The direct page denied retrieval; the selected southern Belmont return avoids that distant work and is not a whole-corridor all-clear. This is a source review, not a same-day inspection. Recheck the linked manager before travel.

Map and Directions

Use the named public start and its posted parking signs. The map reference identifies the facility or selected trail area; it is not a surveyed parking stall or navigable route line. Bicycle and e-bike rules can differ; only ordinary bicycle use is established unless noted.
