Permission and effort: Town’s trail rules explicitly permit ordinary bicycles, and its current annual report describes maintained asphalt and the Underwood trailhead. Effort assessment is an editorial inference from the former railway alignment and short return, not a slope survey. Expect local rises at approaches; walk or turn early if uncomfortable. No claim that the whole branched system is flat.

Planning: Use daylight; town trail rule permits one hour before sunrise to one hour after sunset, subject to posted closures. No ordinary trail or parking tariff established in reviewed sources; posted terms govern. Yield to people walking, announce passing and obey posted controls. No road detour is supplied.

Access reviewed October 20, 2026 Central (October 21 UTC): September 14, 2026 town notice closes Parkinson parking and detours Constitution Trail at Uptown beginning September 21. This southward outing avoids that project. Separate October Raab Road paving dates do not establish completed works elsewhere. Check signs; no current all-course inspection is claimed.

Bring water and choose suitable weather. Parking walking is extra. No surveyed parking-space pin or navigable GPX is supplied.
