Reviewed 2026-10-23. Source review, not a field inspection or same-day all-clear. Resurfacing from the Red Cedar junction to Fuller Road remains forecast through fall 2026. This short Durand return stays before the junction. DNR says no trail pass required on the Pepin County/Durand portion; normal public park terms apply.
