The South Carolina trail directory describes a ten-foot-wide walking and bicycle path around the inside of the park fence, rates it Easy and describes the recreation areas as accessible. That is a qualitative description; a measured maximum slope is unavailable.

Use the park's visitor parking at 3328 Highway 38 North, opposite Pine Bark Road. The county recreation listing identifies this facility as Brightsville / Adamsville Park. The state visitor map places parking beside the western end of the loop, near the picnic shelter and accessible entrance. Walk your bicycle through the designated public connection from the lot to the loop, watching for vehicles and children. The short walking distance has not been measured. This outing does not start across Highway 38 or include riding on that highway.

Follow the paved loop inside the fence for one lap and return to your starting connection. Follow any direction signs, keep right where appropriate, yield to people walking and leave room around playground and shelter entrances. Walk your bike if the path is crowded. Stay on the designated multi-use path; playground equipment, the ball field and shelter are not extensions of the cycling course. Finish by walking the parking connection back to your car.

Plan on about 0.25 mile per lap. The state description gives a quarter mile, while its headline rounds to 0.30 mile. The downloadable state line measures approximately 0.248 mile but has a small gap near the arrival area; it supports the approximate scale rather than a surveyed circuit or parking route. Additional laps are optional and do not create additional unique trail mileage.

The state profile lists dawn to dusk, no entry fee, and no pets, ATVs or motorcycles. It lists a picnic shelter and restrooms, whose availability is not guaranteed on every visit. Facility rentals are separate from an ordinary park outing. Follow current posted park and parking restrictions. This draft covers ordinary pedal bicycles; current e-bike eligibility is unconfirmed.

Reviewed October 17, 2026: the actual state trail profile, its path and visitor-point files, and the county recreation facility listing. The county listing says Open, without a dated inspection or a specific path-condition report. Check the entrance and path before riding; obey any temporary closure or maintenance signs.

Editorial draft complete. USA website integration and a fresh prepublication operating check remain.
