Reviewed 2026-10-22. Council confirms the 3.2-mile completed first phase from this junction to North Springwater Beach Road. Other phases contain shoulders and unbuilt gaps; 2025 phase-three completion does not complete the entire planned 14-mile corridor. This is a source review, not a same-day inspection.
