Reviewed 2026-10-22. Fresh GICIA owner page confirms the five-mile former rail corridor from the north island to First Street welcomes residents and visitors on foot, bicycles and qualifying electric golf carts. Its current rules reserve the shell path for pedestrians and require carts and bicycles to yield. The trail conservancy describes the main path as paved. This course excludes southern state-park/road variants. This is a source review, not a same-day inspection. Recheck the linked manager before travel.

Map and Directions

Use the named public start and its posted parking signs. The map reference identifies the facility or selected trail area; it is not a surveyed parking stall or navigable route line. Bicycle and e-bike rules can differ; only ordinary bicycle use is established unless noted.
