Start and parking

Start: Davison Township Municipal Center public Black Creek trail access, 1280 North Irish Road, Davison, MI.

Township explicitly names the municipal center as the trail start and also lists Dog Park/Abernathy parking elsewhere. Use only signed visitor spaces available for trail visitors; reserved municipal spaces are not assumed public trail parking.

Hours, costs and access

Dawn to dusk under the township’s posted trail rules. Follow current public visitor-parking terms; reserved activities and events have separate conditions.

Reviewed 2026-10-22. Township confirms pavement, nonmotorized use and dawn-to-dusk access. Ongoing sidewalk connections are projects rather than proof of a complete separated regional loop. Dog-park seasonal toilet dates do not guarantee facilities at the Irish Road start. This is a source review, not a same-day inspection. Recheck the linked manager before travel.

Map and Directions

Use the named public start and its posted parking signs. The map reference identifies the facility or selected trail area; it is not a surveyed parking stall or navigable route line. Bicycle and e-bike rules can differ; only ordinary bicycle use is established unless noted.
